Reading through this three acts of this play, was like riding a rollercoaster, anything could be expected. I don't know what was more maddening if the fact that Iago, by intrigues and suspicions, made Othello kill Desdemona, by making him think that she was having an affair with Cassio; or the fact that Iago kept using and manipulating people at his own will, and nobody never noticed it. Iago's motives were a little distorted because, why bother to make somebody's life miserable just because they didn't gave you what you wanted. I think that Iago had ulterior motives to act as he acted against Othello and everyone else, because aside from Othello, Iago made everyone's life miserable, because all of them had something to do with Iago's plan to make Othello miserable. Maybe Iago was a person who after all that he had done for Othello, just wanted some gratitude for his work, or perhaps he was a madman, or in a very remote part of his mind, a homosexual who was in love with Othello and could not accept it.
